Spinning classes are a high-energy cario option, held in a special spinning studio with non-impact stationary bikes. The classes mimic an outdoor ride without the need for your own bicycle, or the need to fight the elements! Spinning is a high calorie-burning program.
Complete assessment includes a seven site skin fold body composition to determine your body fat percentage. In addition, circumference measurements will be taken to establish a baseline for goal setting or compare/contrast to prior assessments.
Our boot Camp is a functional and total body workout that will challenge you in many ways. Your entire body will be put up to the test in these intense training sessions. The movements will be dynamic and will incorporate multiple muscle groups at the same time. You can expect to use your favorite gym class tools such as jump ropes, medicine balls, boxes, weighted barbells, the agility ladder, bands, stability balls, etc. With our training, you can expect to improve your muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, core strength, flexibility, overall power, agility, balance and coordination. Don’t worry, you can expect to shed a few pounds as well.

Tailored sport-specific training for teams and their respective sport. The training is done as a team under the supervision of 2-3 personal trainers. Work out programs designed for teams or individuals with the intent of giving the athlete a competitive edge.
